They didn't charge extra when we had to stay longer due to losing our car keys. The location was very convenient, within a few minutes' walk from the lake and the center of town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is a real gem for budget travelers. the rooms, though basic, are clean and come with comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location is ideal, just a few minutes' walk from the lake and the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the staff is friendly and helpful, ready to assist with any requests. the breakfast is varied and tasty, a perfect start to the day.
The decor may seem a bit outdated.

Great value for money! the location is perfect, just a few minutes walking distance to the beautiful lake and city center. the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. the bed was very comfortable and the room clean and cozy.
The hallway had a bit of an unpleasant smell and the shower didn't have any soap. the restaurant area looks like it could use some renovations and the coffee wasn't the best.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Good value for the money. Convenient location near Velden lake. Comfortable and clean room with a great bed. Large and varied breakfast. a pleasant stay.

We stayed in a hotel during our city break and found the location very convenient. It was situated quite close to the city centre, which meant we could reach it quickly and easily. Another thing we appreciated was the price. It was cheaper than other hotels in the area. The room offerings were as expected from the price offered.
The hotel staff couldn't speak English, which was a significant inconvenience. We had trouble communicating with them, and they couldn't offer much help when we needed it.
